Tourist Tax
The local tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night (for guests aged 14 and over) is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately.
Check-in & Check-out
Your holiday apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM. A late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability for an additional charge of €15 per person.
Payment
To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a 30% deposit of the total booking amount. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival by bank transfer. You will receive all payment details together with your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made 29 days or less before arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
- In the case of early departure, the full amount of the booked stay remains payable.
Travel Insurance
Unexpected situations can always arise. We therefore recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against cancellation fees or costs resulting from an interrupted holiday.
Children & Extra Guests
The apartment rate is based on up to 2 guests.
- Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.
- Each additional guest is charged €15 per night.
A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Parking
Free outdoor parking is available directly at the property.
Pets & Smoking
Pets are unfortunately not permitted in our holiday apartments.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and indoor areas.
